Adding an item to the calendar can be done in two different ways. The easiest way is to go to the calendar view and right click on any day. This will bring up the add, change, and delete window. Enter your event information here. For the date you can right click and a calendar will pop up. From here you can pick the date of the event your entering. This might save you time from typing in the date. When completed entering all the information, click save. The second way to add an item to the calendar is to click on the thoughts/events button. On this page click on the "make a new entry" button. This will give you the add, change, delete window. Once again fill out the window and click save to save your additions.
To change a calendar entry go into the calendar view page and double click the record you want to change. You can also go into the thoughts/events page and click the button "change this entry". This will let you make changes to your entry. When finished, click save to save changes.
In the calendar view page click on the main category box and scroll down or manually enter your main category. Next click on the sub-category box and scroll down or manually enter the sub-category. It's not necessary to have the sub-category box filled out. Then make sure the date is correct and click the "show me" button. All your records for that main and sub-category within that month will be displayed. To view another month, simply click on the year or month box and click on the arrow to find the right month.
